    3 packs a day plus a meal (and milk) is Lifestyle, however you can have 4 packs a days (veg is optional) and be on Simplicity. Have a read of the brochure included with the packs it explains it better. You can swap between days if that suits you better :) Good luck!

    Exante vs slim and save

    I did Exante last year, I find S & S much better, I prefer having 4 meals and tend to do Simplicity Mon-Thurs then Lifestyle at the weekend. The losses are meant to be similar 1 stone a month, but I have lost more in my first 9 weeks on S&S than I did on Exante. Would recommend the move :)

    I have done both, prefer Slim and Save as I like the four meals options, plus I often replace a pack with a protein meal. When I first moved over I had some Exante packs left so did alternate days on each plan until they were used up.

    Don't drink if you are ketosis it is potentially dangerous. Say you are on anti-biotics and have to stick to soft drinks, not only will he probably ask you out again (cheap date :)lol!) but it will save you saying anything embarrassing or passing out if you are still on plan.

    Was it e-source that told you that you should have more points? I had a similar thing, told one thing by the lady at weigh in, but e-source gave me another 4 points, when I checked with the leader e-source were correct and the weigh in lady had made a mistake.

    Totally agree. I have done VLCDs in the past, but been unable to stay focused after 9/10 weeks and always seem to put most of the weight lost back on. I know it is different for everybody, but WW gives me the freedom to enjoy what I want, I lost 2lb this week, but not felt deprived once :)

They are usually next day, so if you ordered before 2.00pm on Tuesday the order should have been delivered by Wednesday or Thursday if you ordered later. They use a courier service not Royal Mail, so shouldn't be a problem with the post...

    I take the shake pack into work in a small tupperware bowl, just add a bit of water, stir and have as a pudding. Takes no time and delicious :) Also nobody at work queries what I am eating - whereas I know having a shake would.

    Lost 4lb, making a total of 13lbs in two weeks, would have liked to have hit the stone barrier, especially as I have been 100%, including eating out on Saturday, when I had a plain grilled chicken breast and nothing else. Still a loss is a loss and should beat the stone barrier next week...
