    Looking good, but if you don't enjoy fruit you really need to up your intake of veg with your meals, could you not add some chopped up apple and banana with your cereal in the mornings or just adding extra veg to your chillis or casseroles......bulks them out too making them go further, hth ;)

    Blimey, for one I would say you are not eating enough!! I have to agree with previous post that you are eating too much processed food,too many repeated meals and not enough free food. You really need to increase your fruit and veg and have a bit more variation, hope this helps;)
