    Which Davina workout?

    I've got nearly all the Davina dvds and they're all pretty good. I think the "power of three" and the "high energy five" ones are the best. They all involve jumping around but you can do the low impact and easier versions buy following one of her personal trainers, usually the female one.

    Big Mac is 25 syns on red and green 4 chicken nuggets are 6 on red, 9 on green and a strawberry medium milkshake is 19 and a half syns on each day!!!!

    Thanks, having a caribbean take away tonight and having goat with a side dish of rice and peas, depending on portion sizes will determine what colour day to do, or might do extra easy, I love the fact that you can choose from so many options with this way of eating!

    Reasons I'm so happy today: * its hot and sunny * Philadelphia light with garlic and herbs is now a HEB choice on green and EE * found that my favourite jam is only 1 syn for 2 teaspoons!!! Its a sad life, but its made me happy! :):):):):)

    Hello, I'm trying to lose the last stone and its proving difficult, I'm sticking to the basics and each week I lose a pound then gain a pound the following week or STS. Do I just keep on with it and it will shift eventually? Have started with the old exercise too to help. :sigh:

    I have a quick question. I normally always use my HE, but sometimes if I'm eating a lot of salad and fruit, I find I'm too full to want to eat the HE especially the Bs. Does it matter a great deal if its missed out sometimes? Surely its good to be full on the free foods? x:ox
