    Also, your muscles retain water after exercise so you could try not exercising the day before weigh in. If you are sticking to the diet it has to come off, so stick with it! Have you measured yourself to see if you are losing inches?

    Hi Tafflass, Dont give him the satisafaction! My ex is also a WOS (Waste of space) he currently has the kids every other weekend, saturday 6pm to sunday at 6pm. Works out as half hour for everyday! Even after being seperated (now divorced) for 13 years he still goes awol without warning...

    I'm 5' 5" and 12 st 2 and just in a 14 top but cant quite manage a 14 jeans. All my 16's are hanging off me but I cant get in a 14 yet! I keep saying another couple of lbs but suspect I may need another half stone! I do carry my weight on my hips and theighs tho! Sorry that wasnt much help!

    Hi I had laser eye surgery approx 7 yrs ago, your diet wont affect anything! It only takes 10 mins and your weight or what you're eating wont concern them! Afterwards your eyes will feel like they have sand in them, go to bed and rest, the next morning will be miraculous! Best thing I ever did...
