    Thanks jemjar I plan on drinking so I think I will do a gradual refeed and introduce carbs on the 3rd day and then get back to the shakes after. You did we'll getting back on the shakes after a 3 course meal. I think a break does everyone well. Good luck with the other wedding this week :)

    Im on my 2nd day of the refeed but im still looking to lose a little more weight. what will be more effective? 2 shakes a day or 2 meals a day and a shake. If i have 2 shakes a day and have my meal at lunchtime i have nothing to look forward to when i get home so i am thinking maybe i should...

    When will i stop feeling hungry

    The key really is stop thinking your on a diet all the time! i did it all my first week and nearly gave in! im on day 8 and feeling less hungry! just keep drinking water, all the time! it tends to stop the hunger for me strangely! Go to your wardrobe and pick out something that doesnt fit you...

    haha i was thinking about adding them to my water too but resisted! with the amount of water we have to drink it just gets boring! glad to know we can have as many as we want! ill just carry on clicking away! They make the tea and coffee alot more bearable black :)

    Thank god we can have sweetners but im unsure as to how many we can have! i put one in each of my shakes and everytime i have tea and coffee which is quite alot during the day to keep the hunger at bay! But how many are we actually allowed? will it affect my weightloss? Hope not :)

    Im on day 7 and i havent felt hungry all day! Think it may have had something to do with the timing of my shakes! Because of work in the week i normally have one at 8ish, one for lunch about 2 and tea around 6 but this weekend had my first one around 11 and then so on! wish it was the weekend...

    Hey, i just add a couple of sweetners to the choc one, goes down alot nicer! i get 21 of the choc haha :) i just cant bear any of the others. Might buy some green tea today

    do you know what loads of people tell me it helps them watching tv cookery programmes and also making food for their partners, very strange i think! but might give it a go.     This is my 6th day! i thought it was meant to get easier, got weighed on friday and had lost 6lb! not bad i guess :) its just 4 weeks of my life and the quavers will still be there when im done haha! what about you? when did you start? how you getting on?

    i tried the flapjack today! had my weigh in and lost 6lb only after 5 days! The flapjack isnt too bad, the peanut one actually tastes quite savoury. but i think ill stick with the shakes! only the choco ones :D

    hey ladies, in my first week on day 4 and god its hard! had alot of people giving me negative feedback about the diet, i wish they would shut up! aarghh! some inspiration for the hard times would be good? the hunger pangs are killing me!!
