    How much weight to a dress size?

    I'd say for me, it's more than a stone per dress size. I'm currently in 12 bottoms & 14/16 tops (big boobs!) and I'm 11st 7. I've lost 25lbs but only dropped 1 dress size, and I know from experience I have to be 10st or under to fit in a 10.

    How do you know when its enough?

    Has anyone else got constipated on SW?? I am and it's v annoying! This NEVER happens to me, even when I had a crap diet and never ate fruit or veg!! But now I'm eating fruit, salad and drinking even more water than before, plus lots of high fibre foods... I am! I don't understand it.

    I've lost 22lb in total with 90% green days. I love pasta!! My weight loss has slowed lately and I've been throwing in some Mix2Max days which will hopefully speed it up.

    Wow, well done you on the loss! You don't look 14 stone 5, and I'm not just saying that. Asking for honest opinions I'd say you look about 1 or 2 stone lighter than that. I am 11st 10 and I don't think I look it when dressed...but if you saw my bare belly then its a different story ;)

    It's on the SW website in the desserts section - it's 1 syn per slice! You can use tinned cherries but that increases it to 2 syns. I made it and wasn't keen on it myself....:(

    Wow....that was a long way down

    Well done for getting up again!! IMO that is the secret of losing weight. We all fall off the wagon sometimes. I too have had 3 days off plan but I've weighed myself (I no longer go to WIs) and no damage. I have been seriously limiting my portions though, which sucked.

    I bought Quark assuming it was a yummy low fat cheese spread like laughing cow or dairylea! :rolleyes: It's not very nice on its own. But it is versatile for cooking - you can make pasta sauce, quiche, even cheesecake! There are lots of recipes on the SW site

    Do you follow SW 100% all the time?

    I stick to it 99% of the time, but sometimes (especially when eating out) it really is impossible especially on a Green day. I keep a food diary and my 'off plan' days seem to only happen once a fortnight, and I still try and pick healthier options and not snack on rubbish...It hasn't effected...
