    hiya shanny, u meet with a cambridge diet counsellor every week who supplies ur food, weighs and measures you. it usually costs me around 38 pound a week, u have the choice of soups, shakes, porridge, cartons and after two weeks also bars and water flavourings, hope this has helped xxx

    It could be the exercise, as your body isnt taking enough cals in the day it may be holding on to all your water,if you do a proper workout you need carbohydrates etc to restore the energy lost and your not eating to do this, so try to just go for walks instead doing a full workout, the lbs...
