    If you mash up 56g danish blue (2x HeA) add this to it and leave overnight it becomes the nicest blue cheese spread. I had it over 2 days on scan bran and dipped carrot sticks in it.....lovely

    Hi There

    Hi I'm Tara and I'm on slimming world, started 2nd March and in the 1st 5 weeks I lost 7lb which I was really pleased with. Then Easter came, we went away, I missed a week and managed to put on 4lb:cry: I am now back at 6.5lb loss and hope to get back to at least 7lb loss at weigh in tomorrow...
