    The reasons so many diets fail is because they are soley physical based....they never address the EMOTIONAL side of dieting, food, or self image. If it was as simple as 'just dont eat' then when ketosis had kicked in, none of us would cheat. physically, our body doesnt even want the food...

    i found week 2 easier, because already i could see the results. the second weekend my boyfriend and my sister and i went shopping and they got fish and chips. i felt a bit sorry for myself for a minite until i realised my dress was baggy! youl find little things every week that spurn you on!

    a collegue got back from geneva and gave me a bar of swiss chocolate as a present. if that wasnt bad enough my boss then gave me a box of lindor! and theyve been sitting in my drawer all day and i couldnt concentrate knowing thei were in there!

    starting again next week, how much did you lose in 10 weeks?

    on my first week i lost twelve pounds, second week i lost 9 pounds, third week five pounds, my start weight was sixteen eleven and im five 9. but then i got distracted by christmas and it all went a bit wrong. however im now on day 3, again!

    i think to start with your only meant to do gentle exercise on SS like walking. i knwo at first i barely manag the stairs sometimes, but my energy increases with time. i recently joined the ladies only gym for cardio, but seeing as im back on SS im just using the toning machines!

    thanks for tthe advice all! i drank through a straw today and it helped massively! chocolate mints were my absolute face. one week i think that was the only flavour i ordered. but ive gone right off them now. i just close my eyes and drink it quick!its so worth it when you get weighed though

    after two/three weeks when the biggest losses are done, to switching to slimming world. Because i did slimming world before and was losing 2/3 pound a week on that. and looking through everyones weight loss charts, thats what everyone seems to lose here. sooo...rather than go through this diet...

    Thanks everyone, it in a way is a little easier because i know when im tempted to cheat i know how dissapointed il feel after. i find lots of naps, lots of bubble baths and distrations a help = eg rather than watch tv and ce;ebrity masterchef, play online games instead!
