    Period pain with no bleeding

I have been having problems with my periods since Jan 2009, my GP has been a waste of space, it was only when I went to the well woman clinic at family planning that it all got sorted, I have now had 2 months of normal periods, at one point I bled continously for 32 days and the doc just kept...

Now I am at target I get to enjoy the whole of (hopefully a hot) summer at the smallest I have been for years. I want to buy some dresses but how do you know what suits you? I am so used to just covering myself up with long floaty things that I am automatically gravitating towards the same...

    dropping dress sizes

I didn't notice a proper change until I had lost 1.5 stones, once I got past that though the changes happened so fast I barely had time to wear the new sizes before they got too big again.

    Image Therapy Question

We go round everyone & talk about the week just gone & the week ahead, we share tips & ideas, people bring new stuff in for us to taste, it is more like a social group meeting than a class really. We tend to have a good laugh with each other & make fun but also pick people up when they are...

I've hit a plateau- so what do I do next?!!

If you go to class as well then you could ask for an SAS log, this is something you just do yourself & don't hand it back in but it is fantastic for focusing you again and normally by day 3 you have figured out where you are going wrong

Anyone remember SW in the olden days?

I remember those days!!! You could buy whatever meat you wanted & it was free (none of this healthy living stuff was available), most ravioli was free as well I seem to remember & there used to be a recipe for a corned beef quiche I think.

    Rude Call Centre staff

The worst were RBS, they kept calling me but they wanted me to give them my security details, I refused to do it & the guy was so nasty to me about it, eventually it did all get sorted out by me phoning them but the banks advise never to give security details over the phone so I was only doing...

    Rude Call Centre staff

This is why I left working with the public & now only work in an office which does not deal with the general public, my last shop job was at Blockbuster & the last straw was when a customer grabbed me by the throat over a 50p fine!!!! Luckily for me a regular customer (nice guy) was behind him...

How many Mullers have you eaten in one day???

I have eaten 6 in a day too rather than smoke/eat chocolate but it doesn't so you any good because of the calorie content, I now have a limit of a maximum of 2 yoghurts a day, try to snack on superfree to keep your calorie intake down
