    It's probably not more cardio you need. You'd be better off doing some strength/resistance workout to help burn fat. Yoga, pilates or weights would be a good place to start. Also, make sure you're eating back some of your exercise calories.

    I'm noticing it more and more in my stomach now but I certainly think you can tell in my face. The fat is sticking to my thighs and I never noticed how bad my bingo wings were! I think the fact that most of my strength training is abs focused has helped my stomach to shrink. Legs next thanks!

    Running trainers are essential. Made a big difference to me, although I get out of breath about the same time my knees and calves begin to hurt (about 30 seconds *sigh*). Try slowing it down a little bit and building up your speed gradually to get your legs used to it!
