Hello everyone, I have tried todo the Cambridge diet numerous times and never made it to weigh in!! I am pleased to say that I've made it to day 6 (furthest ever) and I'm looking forward to my weigh in :) Ive got a huge amount of weight to lose so hope I can carry on - any tips welcome!!

Well I weighed myself again today - (not sure how many days since I started) and I've lost another 2lbs :D which is good for me as obviously it's a loss, and also it takes me below 18stone for the first time in years! I haven't been 100% with the diet this week but I was in a minor car crash...
