    Hi great weight loss so far and you are doing really well. I am also filling a 1 litre volvic bottle up and drinking 3 and more a day of those - seems to be easier to drink from bottles sometimes than to keep re-filling glasses and I am getting through more water that way.     Hi Poppy - try and stick with TFR on you hols if you can - if not maybe still re-feed for one week before you go and carry on when you come back, but like other peeps have said it's hard to carry on when you stop LT - Have a great holiday still though whatever you decide x :)

    Hi Harriett As far as i know if you don't re-feed properly you will gain 8 or 9 possibly more pounds in the week as your glycogen levels re-fill so it is important to re-feed properly for hols and jump back on to Lipotrim when you get back. Good luck x :)
