    She looks amazing... I'm sure it took her longer than 6 months. In an interview she says she lost four than put 2 stone back on and then lost four stone..so think taken her longer, but certainly not taking away from her results and hard work. She followed Paleo...no sugar/ processed food etc...

    Hi I just wrote a letter to my lenders or gave them a call, as most have a dedicated dept they will send you forms...I didnt fill out any 13 pages forms. Do not use PPI reclaim companies...so go to lenders direct and go from there. I was sussessful. I hope this helps x

    What shakes and bars are you using? How many a day are are you having? Think you posted probably having two day!! some vlcd are minimin 3 packs and some are 4 packs, any less could be bad for your body/health. You sound very motivated, Good luck with you weight loss

    Hi Blonde Logic, You can do SS for 12 weeks, then you have to do a 810 week, then you can go back to SS for 12 weeks and so on. Hope this helps x

    Has this happened to anyone else?

    Stick with it...it will start coming off. I did 3 weeks lost 21lbs, following week lost nothing. Now in week five and have dropped 2 lbs over night. Very demotivating when doing such a restrictive diet, but it will happen. Maybe stay away from the scales for a few days. Good luck, stay strong x

    Thanks, maybe baby...only going to have one or two a day but now know can have three a day, if I feel I need too. Lyndzi 76..the way I do it is...make plain porridge as normal and after just add a teaspoon of vanilla shake and just stir in....I think tastes nice x
