Ok thank you, i drink about 4 litres a day and didn't know if this was too much to be drinking

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if drinking too much water is bad? I drink quite alot of water more than is recomended for the diet i think and wanted to know is there a limit to how much you should drink a day?
