Good luck to you all restarters - I restarted last Wednesday 17th April, after leaving last October and, yes you guessed it, put most of the weight back on. We can do it this time :cool:

Hi to you all. I am on my second week on CD and lost 9lb in my first week. Feeling good so far. I also suffer in to loo dept and am using the CD laxative which appears to be working well - give it a try. Has anyone tried the soups - I did not like them last time on CD and have not summoned...

Hi all. I restarted too on Thursday 16th April. I cannot go on SS until I have docs signature - going on Monday fingers crossed. So far its going really well.

Hi Here I am again, back on CD. Lost 3 st several years ago and have struggled ever since till finally the weight went back on. Now my daughter is getting married in Sept and I am really going to give CD a really good try. Help from all of you will be great. Have a long way to go but will do it...
