    New to CD and day 1 problems :(

    I'm on day 4, was told no bars for two weks but the cartons were OK. I did SS+ a year ago and had porridge just for a different texture. After a week I just could not eat the porridge and moved to shakes. Chocolate is nice with hot water :)

    Porridge makes me gag

    I used to have porridge every day before CD so thought great... the CD porridge is soooo sweet, the only good thing was it was not liquid and a small amount which was soon gone. I like the chocolate shake made with hot water to make a hot chocolate!
