    Weigh in 4 - and 1.5lbs lost. Last week i STS which i was happy with! Overall - 9.5lbs lost in 4 weeks! I'm well chuffed! Plus i'm in the lower stone so feel pretty motivated to keep in that stone and not go back up! Hope everyone else is having a good week! x
