    Hun, don't see the total amount you have to lose just set yourself minigoals each week...that way, everytime you have reached the mini goal and seeing yourself decrease in weight will definitely be the incentive needed to progress further....remember every little helps, be it a 1 lb or 0.5...

    I weigh myself in the morning and it makes me feel better and keeps me going when I see the pounds coming off but the only advise is, try to weigh yourself at the same time every day that way you will have a consistent approach to your weight loss!

    I did not know that by drinking less water or stopping to drink the water 3 hours before the WI makes a difference. Well I have my WI tomorrow night at 9pm (my CDC has also advised me that you are the most heaviest in the evening!) Well all said and done...I will stop drinking around 7 and...
