    More than likely it's the atkins bars, I just feel the need to have them instead of all the other nice things I'm missing out on haha! The chorizo I had was 0.5g carbs per quarter pack which is what I had, though I know it causes water retention.

    You need to find out what number of carbs your body can tolerate to maintain your weight so going through the 4 different phases is vital. It is a lifestyle change so going back to another way of eating would more than likely make you regain the weight you lose x

    Yep I gained it all back over the year plus a couple extra always the way lol. Feeling motivated this morning had my cheese and mushroom omelette and downing the water. Actually not really in the mood to eat with this heat it's like a sauna in my flat!

I was on atkins last may through to August on the induction period and did great on it but as I started to add carbs back in I fell off the wagon...and then never jumped back on.     Welcome and good luck with atkins. I don't personally know about the houmous but as it's made with chickpeas I would say it's not suitable for induction. Your food sounds fine x

    It doesn't mean the weight 20g of carbs it means the amount of carbs that comes from the veg etc. For example for around 100g of lettuce is usually around 0.4g of carbs. You need to check the packaging and see how many carbs are in the food you are preparing.

    Yea it is ok, I drink diet drinks as I always have sweet cravings too. You've lost so I think you'll be ok drinking diet coke. Some people on here have said asda diet coke doesn't have any citric acid and coke zero doesn't either x
