    I agree definately use your daily propoints, they're there for a reason, and try a week of no weekly points? Also update the foods you're eating? I find when im having new foods or meals in my diet i loose more. Eating the same foods get you stuck in a rut, and so does your body :)

    They're not TOO bad! If i want some comfort food, I make a satchet of sugar free jelly, pop the WW mix on top, maybe add a few sprinkles, and strawberries or mixed fruits, and hey presto a low-syn trifle!

    sure you're eating enough? if that was a main meal i'd say you need to eat more! When going nando's if on EE, i'd order the chicken, take the skin off (i know the best part, but it makes OH happy!) and have some spicy rice and a salad- I enjoy a meal out, and it's low syn!
