    Creme Fraiche

    Hi everyone, Does anyone know if we are allowed creme fraiche on the 810 instead of milk. I understand we are allowed 150g of low fat yogurt, but wondered if Fromage frais and creme fraiche fall under the yogurt category. Any advice would be appreciated. :)
