Yesterday I ate a lot more than usual as I was on an early shift whihc was a 6am start.
Breakfast - 2 weetabix, banana, honey & skimmed milk
Lunch - Bagel, relish, Veggie fake ham, spinach. Fat free jelly with fruit and a 0.1% fat yogurt
Dinner - Spag Bol - although with veggie mince...
