Only 2 lbs and I will be in my nines....totally obsessed to the point of doing my husbands head in about weight and diet!!!!! Won't even go for dinner on our anniversary.

There are lots of good butcher who do syn free stuff, a lot of them do on-line orders too.

3off for me this's week

I lost 3lb this week, ate loads of rubbish too? Had two really focused weeks the previous 2 and only lost 0.5 lb each week. Confused.com

Just checked out the slim and save, I don't think I could do that, I like to eat.... Weighed in last nigh and got 3 off, 1.5 to target. Hopefully next week! Then I am on holiday:-( probably stick a few back on.

I am 10 st 4.5 with my fist target set to 10. I really want to get to 9 but am really slow to shift it. I have changed to red days and only eat till I am full. Syncs are almost non existent monday to Friday and I do have some over the weekend. All help would be greatly appreciated.

Well done! I am only 4.5 to first target and struggling to get anything more than 1/2 lb a week! Really focused on getting it off, almost to the point of obsession. Been doing red for a few weeks now so might change back to EE and see how I get on.

Hiya, they have not changed anything in their sausage or any other food previously certified as "syn free". Slimming world just don't want to endorse them anymore, probably want to make money from these butchers etc for certification. I buy one of everything and work my way through it then...
