    hi marcus, i have 68lbs to lose so almost the same as you. i'm doing LL not CD and am on day 5, can't believe how quick it has gone! lost 6lbs at my pop-in on tues, sure you will do just as well!! good luck!!

    Hi geri, it says on the packs to drink within 15 mins of making, it that the same when making things like muffins and crisps or do they last longer? thanks

    Starting LL in April

    How funny we are all counting down the time to go til our next pack!! I'm not a fan of the rasp but the mush soup is yummy and the choc is really nice with hot water! On day 3/4 you will get bars too which are really nice and filling so something to look forward to anyway!!

    Hi everyone, hope you don't mind me butting in! I'm on day 4! Had my pop in last night and have lost 6lbs already!! Still feel quite weak and hungry today but as I'm in ketosis I really hope that passes soon!! :)
