    A pound - that's brilliant! I wish I'd lost a pound! I have been doing an impression of a yoyo these past 2-3 months and it's hugely frustrating. I long for a losss - any loss! - so be grateful for your pound!

    pasta

    I wouldn't fancy the carbs overdoes with chips and pasta. But I love SW chips with baked beans and eggs. Yummmy! As for pasta, I like passata with onions and herbs and mushrooms and maybe some quark or fat free formage fraise stirred in. Also yum!

    Disappointed :(

    It is important to weigh the stuff that should be weighed - it's easy to think you can guess, and get it very wrong as a result! I weighed my wholemeal roll this morning ... and had to cut some of it off as it was way to heavy. The dogs got the leftovers so were pleased LOL
