    Oh my breath!

    I have been back on LT for a week now after a short break, didn't put on weight but my breath is really really foul! I'm sure it wasn't like this for the first few weeks? Any ideas anyone, it's so bad I am feeling like giving up! Help please.

    Things I have found helpful

    Peppermint tea SO works for me! I drink it a pint at a time. Does it count towards my fluid intake or is it just water that counts?

    Guess I need to talk it through with him again, he just looked so disappointed when I suggested staying on the lipotrim while away! Food is a big thing for us(that's how I got so big!) and I think he feels that eating out together will be part of the break ! There's always an excuse not to keep...

    Do you have to feel cold?

    I'm on week 2 and I feel cold all the time! Didn't know this was a side effect! Does anyone have any tips for getting warm? First time using the site,so not sure how this will work. Thanks!
