    I think what they are doing is a bit silly. It sounds like they think they are saving up all of their syns till then and I dind't think it worked like that. On a weekly basis if you don't use them you lose them.

    I used to drink a lot of pepsi max and since giving up haven't noticed any difference in my weight loss. If they were that bad they wouldn't be free.

    It's achievable but you'll be pushing it with getting a dress - mine took 9 months and then I was lucky it didn't need altering (although I wish I hadn't done it backwards and lost weight after the wedding).

    Im having a wii fit for xmas !!!!

    I have got wii fit plus now and it's much better than the original but it still drives me nuts that it can take 45 minutes to do half an hours exercise. I like it enough to do 3 days a week combined with 3 days of my fitness coach though :)

    Exercise?

    At the moment I do 15 minutes 3 times a week and 30 mins 3 times a week on my fitness coach for the wii. I'm building it up to 6 lots of 30 mins a week.

    cinema

    I always make sure I eat beforehand and don't have anything whilst I'm there. It really helps that the people I go with don't snack there any more either - not going near any of the snack stands makes it a lot less tempting.

    Oh no! Muller light disappointment!

    Whats worse for me is i don't really like them but I love the orange ones that come in the pack. I really begrudge those syns but my hubby doesn't like muller lights and I'm not throwing them away.

    Food that makes me LOVE this 'diet'

    My favorite thing has to be hotel chocolat tasting selection. 2.5 syns each and I get a box every 3 months. It takes h and I about a month and a half to eat them but they are just so nice when I need a chocolate fix. I already have my hc advent calendar ready.

    WHICH LOW FAT CHEESE? So many!!

    I like the lowlow - it tates just like the cathedral city but is about half the price. I'm a sucker for really strong cheddar and can't stand any that taste fake so I was surprised how nice these two are.

    Gymophobics

    I used to go but it didn't really do much for me. I went 3 times per week for months and didn't lose a thing. I also found it very kleeky and it's a little intimidating as you do it in a circle so everybody can see you exercising.

    My le creuset stainless steal saucepans. They heat up really quickly over a really low heat and have a really cool handle which holds the lids for when stiring.

    Clothes sizes

    Wow size 8 - that's really great. Many moons ago at uni I went down to 8.5 stone and was still a 14 so i don't think I'll ever be that small. Although I'm over 3 stone heavier now and a size 14 once again which I'm finding very confusing :D

    I know exactly what you mean. I went to a wedding recently and in the official photos look massive. Typically all the others in the pictures were skinny and the ones who were the same or larger than me looked thinner as I was right on the edge of the pics.

    water

    I drink 2 litres of sugar free squash a day and I really notice it when I don't - it really helps with bloating and water retention as when you don't drink much your body trys to retain as much water as it can.
