You can use hunger supressants. Although if ur in ketosis you prob won't need em. And alli give you oily pooey farts! (sorry) when your off the diet or onto a higher plan try apidexin. The best safest strongest diet pill apparenately. X

make your shakes with extra water, munch on ice, add ice to shakes, water down tetras and don't eat bars. I hate water too but force it down.

I hate the soups! They're powdery and watery and sick! The oriental chilli tastes like the broth in a pot noodle and I can just about stomach that but the otheres especially mushroom, I find inedible. Try them out as others like em but they're not for me. X

mine came yesterday too so by the time it's gone I'll have a few more days of diet till my weigh in! I'm not being weighed till tues the 9th coz CDC is away. So I should have done quite well! It'll be 10days of Cambridge by then. Good luck x

Hi guys I wanna lose 7st on ss! Has anyone else done it from a bmi of around 37? How long did it take? Also any tips on how to mess with the sachets so they're nicer? I've heard you can make a chic type muffin in the microwave with the shake! Is that true? Thanks!
