I agree Sarah, i tried lipotrim for a couple of days a few years and didn't like the shakes at all!! Exante products are so much nicer and their bars really do fill you up.

Sarah when will your before and afters be on the website? DM are you going to give it a go? Where are you going on holiday? Hope you have a great time!

Welcome back. Exante is so much better than CD, i also was quite sick when on CD but i soldiered on for 6 weeks of it and countless re-starts and was quite ill :( I much prefer Exante :D

Welcome yorkiegal 2 stone in 5 weeks is fab well done. Im sure you'll love the Exante products, i like everything apart from the mushroom soup. The bars really fill you up also so your not left wanting more. Im like you and like the idea of ordering online it's so much more easier and simplistic...

This is my second week on Exante total solution and i lost 8lbs in my first week, second WI is on Friday and hopefully at least 4lbs off, maybe more :p Can't give you any info on working solution sorry as ive never tried it. Good Luck.

Well ive struggled a good bit yesterday and today and my weight has stayed the same for 3 days now which isn't helping my motivation and willpower, i was hoping to be almost down to the next stone by now :( I ordered my second week of the promotional pack yesterday so they should come on Monday...

Im sure you can get them in Holland and Barrett and most chemists sell them. Ducolax are strong but they do work best IMHO

3lbs Gaynor that's excellent, well done! My packs arrived about half an hour ago roughly about 5.30pm, i didn't think they were going to come today so im pretty pleased. Coffee in a vanilla shake is lovely i used to do this when i was on CD.

When i did CD i always had my shakes hot, there lovely hot, ive never tried a cold shake, ever. Can't stand the soups on CD but as ive ordered the variety pack on Exante im hoping my taste buds will have changed and the soups wont be too bad.
