    Actually, statistically speaking, weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Saying that, I just feel better when I've done exercise. It's better for your overall wellbeing. However, my weight loss pretty much is the same with our without exercise.

    How much weight are we talking? You know that you shouldn't weigh daily or every other day when on Cruise? You really have to wait till the end of the week as your weight will fluctuate a lot. What format are you doing? 1:1 (that is 1 day of protein, 1 day of protein and veg) etc.

    I eat the WW Toffee and Vanilla ones all the time and they have never had an negative impact. They are lower in sugar than say the Danone 0% Vanilla one, which I avoid. WW Toffee/Vanilla contains 5.3g sugar per 125g (serving) and Danone 0% Vanilla contains 9.8g sugar per 125g (serving)!

    Upset stomach after soft boiled eggs

    I hate shop bought eggs. My folks keep hens so I get eggs from them. I usually have one a day and it has to be soft, soft, soft. Never had an upset tum from them though. Nothing like your own hen's eggs (or your parents, haha) Orange yoke, tasty versus Yellow yoke and not much taste.

    I'm the same as dukannotsofaty. I wouldn't could it out completely. You need salt to function. I'm not a big salt fan, but I do include it only because I know (after some blood tests a few years back) my sodium levels tend to be on the lower side of normal.

    Well I just wasted my money

    I bought the container lipotrim sell which has a filter at the top of the lid to stop the lumps. Works for me. I have to take some in work too but I never have lumps coming through. You need to give it a good shake though, even in this container.

    None really, they are both carbonated water. Sparkling water is supposed to come from a "Spring" whereas Soda water is just "normal" water. Both are acceptable (source:Lipotrim DVD) Tonic water is flavoured and that's why we can't have it.
