Yeah i give up smoking a year and half ago. Still need to always have something. I believe that sugar free mints contain a laxative so no wonder yo get the runs, but i think you have to eat quite a lot :)

I had the best dinner I have ever cooked! I had curried chicken kebabs, fried garlic/onion rice and chickpea/mushroom curry (base from asda chickpea dhal)...........it all was amazing! My b/f said he loved it so much! It was all guess work too!

I wanted frozen because the chilled ones once frozen have to be cooked when thawed i think. There would only be me eating them so would only want 2 out at a time. I have found sainsburys frozen, extra lean are 1.5 syns each which is not too bad.

I believe your prescription needs to be stable for 2 years but best to check. Theresa, did you have dry eyes and how long did it last? did you have any other troubles? I am going back tomorrow for my weeks consultation, will be asking for some more drops as my eyes have been really dry...

The drops i am using are called Blink-intensive tears. I believe that if you are over 40 then things are a little different, not sure how as I didn't read much into it, eyes deteriorate more after 40. There is a risk that i could need reading glasses at some point but that would not bother...
