Im starting slimfast tomorrow but on saturday night im going out for a meal can either choose from chinese or indian. Im abit confused on what i should order as im limiting my cals for my evening meal to 500cals . has anyone got any ideas for either a indian or chinese? cheers :D

Does anyone know how many syns are in the new packets of pot noodles on a green day ? i think they were in the slimming world mag last monthor the month before that . There square and not in the normal pot. ther new aswell.thanks
