    Hi last time I did LT I lost 23lbs and went from 40F to 36E so not a lot of shrinkage. And it was mostly from upper chest:wave_cry: but it felt a lot better & clothes hung a LOT better so hope that helps

    if you are worried about weigh in maybe your pharmacy will give you 2 weeks worth of shakes but another pharmacy near where you have been sent will have one of those big pay to weigh scales. that way you can still see the 1st weeks weight off and keep motivated for the second week. good luck x

    Struggling Already...

    hi tamtam just finished 1st week so am not an expert but I found a spoon of coffee granules in choc and vanilla shakes kept the jitters away and also peppermint tea with a sweetner in it is lovely and helps keep away that windy empty feeling:)
