    Magic porridge (HXB) with vanilla muller light for brekkie & some wholemeal toast (HXB) Pasta with roasted veg & fat free dressing for lunch Cheesy(HXA) Omlette for tea :) Going to the gym after work so omlette is my fave quick tea... just a couple of mins and it's there all ready and yum :)

    Yep, I started off very slowly too - as I've mentioned before, I tend to do classes as I don't push myself enough just following what the tainer said. But like you... I could only manage a couple of mins on each before I was fit to collapse :o It will get better, honest :)

    I use baby oil (unbelieveable quantities of it... my OH asks if we should buy shares in Johnsons, lol) it seems to keep them more silvery than red... Like has been said, there isn't a magic cure but I do think being sure to keep your skin moisturised helps loads :)

    Yep the express WI has no class, it's just for getting weighed. It's a city centre class so I guess it was started as there was a demand for weigh-in's for commuters and people who work longer hours and can't make a regular class. It's handy for the odd time when I can't make my own class.

    Plus - my consultant told us (her b/f is a Personal Trainer) that your muscles hold on to water when you first start to exercise and that may well be impacting for you. Try not to get too disheartened, stick to it for another week and I bet you'll start to see the fruits of your labour :D

    I've just joined the gym so I'm doing quite a bit more now than ever before, I've found I love doing classes, even the ones that hurt! Before though, I was too embarassed to go to the gym and I bought a Davina DVD off ebay and did that at home, maybe you could try something like that.

    I usually have at least 1 HXA ie Milk every day, somedays I have cheese to bring it up to 2. I always have my HXB - either porridge or cereal of some kind, usually branflakes or a wholemeal roll or some meat - I'm usually juggling the HXB's around to have everything I want.

    I like to stay to class - it's usually good motivation and a bit of a laugh :) When I used to go to WW (boo hiss!!) I lost 2 stone and I stayed to those classes too. For me, it makes a difference but for lots of people I know it's not their kind of thing.

    Even if you do put it on, just draw a line under it and start again, from scratch... you can do it!! You've already proven you can lose 4lbs... no reason why you can't do it again. So what if it's a slow 1lb per week loss... it's still a loss! Good Luck :)

    I also agree with the Aldi posts - it's brilliant. I go through peppers like crazy... roasted, stir fried, in salads, every thing!! Pack of 3 (Green, Red & Yellow) from Tesco last week was £1.68.     I agree with Judi - these things happen for a reason and it means that there is something even more amazing just waiting for you. It's not easy - I know - I was made redundant a few years ago but it gave me the kick in the ass to get my exams and move forward rather than staying in my comfort...
