    i've come to the conclusion that the idea of this diet is to get into ketosis asap and then try to stay there until you want to stop loosing weight. am i right? are ketostix readily avaliable as i can't seem to get them anywhere?

    yeah i like the tesco shakes and was thinking about those.but are they made with milk or a milk substitute?on induction dairy milk's not allowed.that's the reason i brought up the subject of protein powders as i was thinking of having some with soya milk instead.
