    Calorie awareness is really only important if you have less than 1 stone to lose. That final stone can be a nightmare if you are overeating by even 100 calories a day. In a month you could actually put on a pound. If you have lots to lose enjoy the freedom of SW and the weight will come off.

    If it wasn't extra lean when you started cooking it, it would have to be synned. Extra lean comes from a leaner part of the cow, usually where you would get steak from (that is why it is more expensive )

    Yes I agree with Shrimpy. The whole idea of superfree foods is that it limits the portion size on your plate. Your HEXs are already portioned so all you would be doing is eating extra for the sake of it. There is nothing magic about superfree foods other than that.

    Thank you all for all your advice. Today I had one pp breakfast which meant i could have a bigger dinner which worked well. Feeling far less hungry now x

    Oh Purple star you could have written that about me. We have both put the breaks on before gaining too much but not really seeing the rewards of the weight coming off. Mine is a pound a month at its best. I think I need to up the activity but can i get motivated - NO !!! Keep on going girl xx
