    Hi all, Does anybody have a good recipe for carbonara? I'm wanting it on a green day so pasta would be free, use bacon as a healthy extra and parmesan as a healthy extra but don't know how to make the sauce from scratch instead of using a jar which is full of sins. Thanks Claire x

    I've hoping to lose about 3 stone but i'm taking every day as it comes and just see how i get on. That's a big target so i'm going to make myself some mini targets x

    EE or Red/Green?

    I think i'm going to have to give red/green a couple of weeks, alternating between the two to see which work best for me, then try EE and see how that works. Different things work for different people i suppose. As long as i can eat whenever i'm hungry (which is most of the time lol) i'm happy :-) x

    The EE is completely new to me, could somebody explain please? It seems to be working really well for some people but i don't understand how you can eat so many foods, as much as you want, and still lose weight? Claire x

    Thank you, i will defo stay off the scales. I'm doing SW online as don't have the time to go to classes so my 'weigh in' day is a Tuesday. I do prefer the green days but with it all being carbs i think the red days seem better and healthier. Do you alternate or stick to one or the other? Claire x

    Alcohol...

    I absolutely love wine and find it hard to drink anything else. I can quite easily go through 2 bottles on a weekend on my own, but have cut it out completely during the week, although i'd only usually have a glass or two once during the week x
