    That's why Weight Watchers works where other diets don't - weight loss is achieved gradually and the main goal is to keep the weight off after you lose it.

    I love The Biggest Loser programme

    I like to exercise in front of the tv while I watch the show. It's a great motivation boost seeing these people lose big numbers every week. I like everything about the program... except Jamie... don't know why but I just find him annoying... i might be on my own here but I prefered Mark
