    A little help please

    if you are new to the whole thing, its better to stick to the extra easy side of things. this is less confusing and allows for a bit more syns (any excuse!) eating more syns at the start, will enable you to keep the level of weight loss as you get closer to your target. Hope this helps!

    good luck! let us know who you get on. i have mine later at 6pm...not looking forward to it as this weekend was one drink after another, followed by fistfuls of nuts and chocolate (holiday season over in N. Ireland so thats my excuse)
