    Quorn sausages

    I am not a lover of quorn, but I occasionally make the sausages into a pie with beans and mash on top then they don't seem so bad - and even better it's all free food so I can fill myself up with it.

    TLC Wellbeing diet

    Has anyone heard about the TLC wellbeing diet? It is apparently based on blood results (liver function, electrolyes, thyroid function etc, not blood group) and is an individualised diet. It costs about £700 - a one off payment) so isn't cheap to start with. I would be interested to know more...

    Thanks, Irene. Yes it's pretty hot over here, currently 43 degrees at 09:35. It makes it tricky to get exercise fitted into the day. I get up at 0530 to walk the dog for an hour and then again after 9pm, otherwise you really need to be indoors. Getting certain foods can be tricky too -...
