    I saw the dietitian yesterday and forgot to ask her about this - but I was told by 2 different people to not worry about counting carbs. That's its mainly for people on insulin. Yet it makes perfect sense to me to count them. All I get told is eat healthily.

    It is hard when its slow but I think that it being so extreme that sometimes the body just needs to adjust. Don't give up and try not to dwell on the past. See what happens at your next..oh and also measure yourself! Sometimes the scales don't show a loss but you lose fat and inches!

    Hi! My cdc said a coke zero would be ok but a 500ml bottle in a week! I add herbs and spices to soups, but you need to be careful with garlic and anything salty.
