    I'm assuming you will start having carbs again since your going on weight watchers, i'd be curious to see what happens as your body makes the transition as I would like to just go to simple calorie counting now. Anyway, best of luck x

    Since I started this diet all i have had every morning is scrambled egg and bacon. I never thought i'd say this, but i'm getting sick of bacon. Egg too. What do you guys do to add variety to your breakfast?

    I think it's because during the first week I was doing atkins wrong, to the extreme and having like less than 5 carbs a day. I was feeling very ill and weak and even threw up once.
