    I use either PHD Diet, chocolate flav. Or Maxitone Sculptress again in the chocolate flav. Both mix well in a shaker with water & taste fine and help to beat my chocci cravings. They fill me up & help recovery after exercise.

    Welcome.:) Make friends with your kitchen scales, and measuring spoons. You'll be using them a lot.;) I carry a note book, pen and small calculator in my bag. The notebook to log what I eat when I'm away from my 'puter. And the calculator to work out calorie values on packets while shopping.

    I'm 46 and not noticed any slowing down of weight loss on CD. In fact until the last couple of weeks my loses have been just above the average. The slow down recently was my own fault not CD's. On other diets it's a lot harder to lose the lbs.

    I use Banana Boat brand. I'm very fair skinned, and can burn in the middle of winter. They do a very good water/sweat proof spray on block in factor 30. And a cream in factor 50. Both are very good. It's an American brand, so can be hard to get hold of, but it's worth the effort.

    Walking, I walk the 4.5 miles to the next town along the canal 3 times a week. When the weather is bad I use the Wii and hand weights instead. I also do 100 crunches every morning. Walking's great exercise, and it's free.:)
