    more than likely it will be CD related, i have the mirena coil which meant i virtually had no bleeding at all but within a few weeks of being on CD i would be quite heavy and lasting around 10-14 days :mad: its only just starting to settle down now and ive been off CD for about 2 months

    yes you need to drink them within 15 mins for the goodness of the vits and minerals and i have heard that they do go really yucky if you leave them, not worth the risk really

    you should slip back in to ketosis reasonably quickly but maybe leave the bars till you get back in, you should be ok then :)

    Gelatine Powder??

    i would put 300ml of boiling water in a jug, add the gelatine, keep stirring till dissolved or you get little clumps of jelly then top up to 500ml with cold water, add a bit of the cambridge flavouring and put it in 2 dishes, saved me making some every day then ;)

    dont waste your money on ketostix, sometimes depending on water intake, what time of day etc you might get false readings, you will more than likely know when you are in ketosis with the yucky breath, not feeling hungry. this time round i was in ketosis on day 2, some people it doesnt happen...

    glad you are feeling a bit better today charley, like everyone says it does get much easier, the weekends are harder but everyone is different and some find it ok others not, all you have to remember is keep drinking that water, especialy if you feel a headache or hunger pangs coming on you...

    i was losing about 3lb a week on 1000 plan and OH was losing about 5lb a week on it, at least with this plan you get many more options and have breakfast, lunch and dinner which makes things easier with a family

    i wouldnt think it would mae that much difference to your weight loss. think you would be better having the extra shake/bar than picking on rubbishy snacks when your hungry later on

    i dont use the MAM for jelly, i use sachets of gelatine, 300 ml of boiling water then add gelatine powder, dissolve it then make up to 500ml with cold water add a bit of flavouring and divide it in to 2 dishes so have jelly made up for 2 days

    i agree with everything Katie has said, i also met my hubby on a dating site, we got talking as he used to live on the same estate and he was only a few miles away, we talked for a couple of months before we met. Go for it, if it doesnt work out then its not meant to be :) good luck :D

    it would take a while to type everything out as there are loads of options, the best thing to do would be ring or email your CDC and ask her to send you a book through the post if you wont be seeing her for a while, i would scan them and send to you but unfortunatly my scanner isnt working

    there are a few changes to the 1000 plan, more protein options like eggs, prawns and some other stuff, aduki beans etc, cant tell you offhand as hubby is on this plan and hes robbed the book and got it with him at work

    yes its up to you which plan you do, its your diet after all, i cant see the reason why CDC would just put you straight on to ss+ with the milk option as ss and ss+ are the same where doc forms are concerned i think anyway. if you want to do just ss i would just do it or if its a matter of cost...

    a 2 stone loss in a month is fantastic, well done. even a 4lb loss in a week is good, losses do tend to slow down after the first week or 2 but you can still lose about a stone a month. also looking at your BMI now you are no longer obese and are now in the overweight category which is brilliant :D

    i would stick with having the bars only from week 3, if you get to day 5 and think you are going to end up cheating maybe SS+ would be better for you, at least then with having a small meal it may just help you not to quit :)

    just remembered the tomato soup you make different, you have to add a bit of cold water to the powder and make it in to a paste first then add boiling water, it tells you on the pack for that one, i dont like it thats why i had forgot ;)
