    I was on antibiotics while on sole source managed to stay in keto it wasn't easy some days I had a protein meal. Good luck x. Oh regarding polos not sure but I have sugar free gum all the time and its fine just to freshen mouth x X.

    Hi :) I started this morning

    You are totally doing the right thing easing yourself into it. I tried it once before and had a blow out just before starting was really ill and give up. This time I reduced carbs switched to skimmed milk and eased myself into it and it was loads easier. Now 9 weeks on. Good luck x

    You can do it. It's the only plan I have ever do where I have actually felt I could achieve my weight loss. I love Cambridge and wish I had discovered it yrs ago. You do have to be motivated though but not wanting to come out of ketosis is a massive incentive x
