Hi guys im getting married July 2010 and currently weight 12st 4lbs. My goal weight is 9st by April 2010.. Anyone got any tips?? im on a low calorie, low carbs diet and have joined the gym, already have bought wedding dress, couldnt resist a bargain!:)
