    I Binged.... Why did I Do It!!!!

    Hi, I also experienced my first slip today, I ate chicken breast and prawns. I'm on day 12 of ss, only had a stone to loose and lost 7lbs in the first week but am distraught now that i've wasted all the effort. My job means i burn 1500 calories a day through exercise so i'm really struggling...
