I had a veggies breakfast today but didn't eat all of it...I had- 1 veggies sausage, 1 fried egg, 1 hash brown, a tblsp beans, 1/2 grilled tomato and had 2 bacon as a side but left fat and blotted it as it was very greasy!!! any ideas on the damage people? i'm on a red day! thanks in advance...
