I have been on it for 10 days and I have lost 5 pounds which I am pleased about. Only side effects dry mouth and not needing as much sleep but I don't feel tired so that's ok

Reductil I just started reductil and lost 4 pounds in one week

I can say that after only 8 days I lost 4 pounds which is an achievement for me as i cant usually lose anything
